Tyne’s tool time is inspired by an era where not everything was thrown away. Not everything needed to be new, or shiny, when things were,
‘Built… Not Bought’.
Materials were repurposed, items were re-used. When things were fixed… Some things required complete ground up creation – when ‘commercial versions’ simply didn’t exist.
Behind the continued longevity of these things were men and woman, well versed in the various trades of the day.
We strive to learn, remember, and put to use once again these ideologies of the past…
